Nadia grew up in Vancouver, where she completed a BFA in Creative Writing before moving to Germany in 2018. There she first worked as an English teacher before completing her Early Childhood Education training at the Pestalozzi-Froebel Haus, a vocational school for social pedagogy in Berlin. She graduated and received her certification in 2022. In addition to her training, Nadia has worked in both bilingual and parent-initiative child care facilities in Berlin. She is fluent in both English and German and especially enjoys sharing her passion for language and stories with children. It is her goal to work closely together with families to facilitate an interactive space where children feel comfortable and free to express their individuality through play, as they explore and begin to broaden their social connections. Since 2023 she has been fortunate to join the Wesbrook teaching team and to have the privilege of working together with so many amazing families.
