Randi began her journey with children and families as a youth. Caring for many of the children in her neighbourhood and around the city of Vancouver, she has always found joy learning alongside children. In 2011, she made it a profession and became an Early Childhood Educator. After working in a variety of child care settings, she returned to school to obtain a diploma of ECE with focuses on inclusive practices; as well as infant/toddler learning and care. Randi has always felt that parents are their children’s first teachers and enjoys the collaboration of working with families to nurture their child’s development. She strives to provide an environment where each child’s unique ways of being are respected and celebrated.
